Great Food, even greater service
A warm welcome awaits anyone that visits
Can't fault the food, good sized portions and flexibility on the menu
Fantastic value for money, very child friendly (Frank even babysat while we ate)
Will definitely be returning soon

We have been to this restaurant a number of times previously and each time had bought a group of people. This time we were so disappointed. The bread was hard , the steak fatty infact the quality was very poor for the price . It was supposed to be a rat pack evening well it was far from this only a few songs were sung and although good we listened to musical theatre which is not what was advertised. The bill was almost £90 for just two of us and frank also decided to add a tenner on for the rat pack part which he had not told us about over the phone . You don't mind if you are made aware of something beforehand. Sorry frank your restaurant although very well decorated inside lost it this time round . The food and service was poor and no-one appreciates being ripped off.

We visited here on 18/01/2011
This place is an undiscovered gem.
Cant believe this has been on our door step for the past 5 years & never been here.
Frank (Owner) is a top bloke, was in here for my sisters 25th birthday & he made us feel at home as soon as we walked through the door.
He really could not do enough for us & had a really lovely meal (There was good portion sizes) & prices are very reasonable/
Cant wait to go back.
Thank you Frank & staff for a lovely night

We had a wonderful evening at Zafra's.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the owner, Frank, made us feel so welcome.
We all enjoyed our food, i had the monkfish, my husband had the Sea bass, both were on the special board and very reasonably priced.
The puddings are worth a visit alone!!! delicious :) to die for :)
We will be returning again soon, thank you Frank and team for a wonderful evening.
Oh and we had young children with us who were more than well catered for (even given crayons etc to entertain them) we followed this with feeding the ducks on the beautiful pond at Finchingfield

Very disappointed. Whilst the staff were friendly they were unable to answer any questions about the menu. It was only after ordering that we were told several things were not available and had to re-order. A friend had pesto pasta that had oil running round the plate. Two of us had rocket on the side that was covered in balsamic vinegar which ran all over the other food on the plate. The tomato pasta tasted like a tin of puree tomato. Very over-priced for the quality of the food.
