  2. Terms are liable to change at any time by posting changes the website. Review these terms regularly ensures you are aware of any changes made.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You are not permitted to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of content requires our prior permission in writing.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are subject to a 14 day cooling off period. Any cancellation requests more than 14 days after date of order confirmation MUST be submitted in writing. Acceptance of cancellation in no way guarantees a refund for the order. All cancellation requests submitting will be responded to within 5 working days. This response does not guarantee the cancellation of the order. All written cancellation requests are dealt with on an individual basis.

Refund Policy

Eat Out UK offers a full refund policy within the 14 day cooling off period from date of Confirmation of Order. All refund requests after the cooling off period MUST be submitted in writing. Eat Out UK will respond to all written submissions for refund within 5 working days of receipt. This response does not guarantee a refund. All refund requests will be dealt with on an Individual basis.

Privacy Policy

Other than agreed respresentation Restaurant information will not be shared with third parties. No Credit or Debit Card details are stored by Eat Out UK once payment has been processed. Diner information will be shared with Restaurants upon request. Only diners who have agreed to have their details shared will have information passed to Restaurants who request these details.
