Service here is appalling. The manager has a very bad attitude. She told us (a family group of 3) that we could have a table for 2 in the corner but that it wouldn't be worth it because they were expecting a coach trip and they were going to serve the coach trip first! Shocking attitude. We've been there a few times and if the manager is there she always looks really miserable and has an awful attitude.A real shame because the food is always lovely.

I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY I VISIT YOUR RESTAUTANT ON MOSTLY A WEEKLY OCCASION FOR SUNDAY LUNCH AND OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS HAVE SEEN THE STANDARDS DROP BUT SUNDAY THE 17.11.13 WAS THE WORSE BY FAR, THE YOUNG LADY WHO WAS TO SHOW ME TO MY TABLE WENT SO FAST I LOST HER AND NEVER RETURNED TO ASK IF ALL WAS OK WITH THE MEAL TO WHICH ON THIS OCCASION I WOULD HAVE SAID NO, THE MEAT WAS CUT SO THIN IT JUST CRUMBLED INTO TINY BITS SOMETHING YOU WOULD PUT DOWN FOR THE DOG AFTER CARVING A JOINT. I WAS LISTENING TO THE PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME AND THEY WERE SAYING WHAT I WAS THINKING. SUNDAY IS MY ONLY ROAST OF THE WEEK AND I LOOK FORWARD TO IT BUT THIS WEEK WAS A BIG LET DOWN THE ROAST POTATOES WERE SO HARD I COULDN'T GET THE KNIFE IN AND WAS MUSH INSIDE. I WOULD LIKE YOU TO KNOW I NEVER COMPLAIN BUT FELL I JUST COULDN'T LET THIS GO AS IF IT WAS MY FIRST TIME I WOULD NEVER RETURN. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS BUT I THINK ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE.

I live in Dallas TX but have had a home in Ludlow for the last ten years. I had never visited this restaurant before but went there last month. I can honestly say this is the best Indian restaurant I have been to in the U.K. (and i have been to quite a few!!). This was a busy Saturday night and we had not booked a table. The service was excellent and the food wonderful.

We visited from London over the weekend of the fair and dined on Saturday evening. The prices are reasonable, service is poor and the staff are openly hostile. The quality of the food and overall experience is below par in our view. Cobra beer on tap is a plus but doesn't make up for the bland taste of the dishes. The onion bhaji were not hot and had little taste. My chicken dish, I cant remember exactly what the menu said it was but it was akin to a tikka masala was tasteless. My partner reported similar views regarding her meal. The restaurant has mixed reviews and in our view it is the bad ones that are truly indicative of the quality of the establishment.

Went last night for my birthday meal. Very disappointed. Tables basic, cheap knife and fork only, cheap napkins and cheap pepper and salt dispensers. Did not seem to be able to cope with being busy, and where did they get that awful wine? Food- do they assume all Brits must have chips with everything? There was a pasta option with main meal, but we were not told about it. One main came out same time as starter, when they brought out two mains it was obvious the first one had been reheated, tepid chips! At least they had the good grace to knock off the cost of one meal off the bill! Cramped unimaginative restaurant. Horrid. Service poor also. And don't get me started on the "tiramasu"!

WOW took my daughter and wife for dinner on a busy friday night. what fantastic food and service, all the food was spot on and could not be faulted in any way. portions were very good and plentyfull. cant wait to go back for more..

The manager is very very rude and the staff aren't much better. Mocking us when we were sat at our table and not going out of their way at all to make us feel welcome. The owner/manager is so rude, she didn't look presentable, not the sort of front of house staff you would expect. The food might be Italian but the restaurant does not in any way feel Italian or the staff. The younger waiters/waitresses are nice but the older ones basically don't care for new business. We got told that they have 120 other customers to look after and that is why our starter was 50 minutes before it came. We were starving. We questioned the service and they didn't want to know with very rude comments. We won't ever come back to here and will be trying San Remo's over the road next week. Unless the owner/manager has a personality transplant it will be only a matter of time before they lose their customers!!

The worst restaurant I have ever been to, staff is very nice but there is no sign of management and if you have a problem like i did with my meals they will come to you after 10 min wait and talk loads of crap!Its so expensive there and there is no value for money!I will never reccomend it to anyone !
